The Father speaks

My son, could you read for Me when I finished My work and rested.

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was formless and void, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters. Then God said, "Let there be light"; and there was light. God saw that the light was good; and God separated the light from the darkness. God called the light day, and the darkness He called night. And there was evening and there was morning, one day. Then God said, "Let there be an expanse in the midst of the waters, and let it separate the waters from the waters." God made the expanse, and separated the waters, which were below the expanse from the waters, which were above the expanse; and it was so. God called the expanse heaven. And there was evening and there was morning, a second day. Then God said, "Let the waters below the heavens be gathered into one place, and let the dry land appear"; and it was so. God called the dry land earth, and the gathering of the waters He called seas; and God saw that it was good. Then God said, "Let the earth sprout vegetation, plants yielding seed, and fruit trees on the earth bearing fruit after their kind with seed in them"; and it was so. The earth brought forth vegetation, plants yielding seed after their kind, and trees bearing fruit with seed in them, after their kind; and God saw that it was good. There was evening and there was morning, a third day. Then God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and let them be for signs and for seasons and for days and years; and let them be for lights in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth"; and it was so. God made the two great lights, the greater light to govern the day, and the lesser light to govern the night; He made the stars also. God placed them in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth, and to govern the day and the night, and to separate the light from the darkness; and God saw that it was good. There was evening and there was morning, a fourth day. Then God said, "Let the waters teem with swarms of living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth in the open expanse of the heavens." God created the great sea monsters and every living creature that moves, with which the waters swarmed after their kind and every winged bird after its kind; and God saw that it was good. God blessed them, saying, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth." There was evening and there was morning, a fifth day. Then God said, "Let the earth bring forth living creatures after their kind: cattle and creeping things and beasts of the earth after their kind"; and it was so. God made the beasts of the earth after their kind, and the cattle after their kind, and everything that creeps on the ground after its kind; and God saw that it was good. Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth." God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. God blessed them; and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth." Then God said, "Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you; and to every beast of the earth and to every bird of the sky and to everything that moves on the earth which has life, I have given every green plant for food"; and it was so. God saw all that He had made, and behold, it was very good. And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day. (Genesis 1:1-31)

Thus the heavens and the earth were completed, and all their hosts. By the seventh day God completed His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work, which He had done. Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work, which God had created and made. (Genesis 2:1-3)

Do you understand what you’ve just read? As I was doing everything, I neither stopped nor rested. When I created everything and I created Man, after the creation of Man, I rested. Who did all the work? Was it the Man that did it? You could have explained to Me when I started My work and after the first day, I created Man and Man now helped Me to create the rest. You could have explained it to Me! Man came to enjoy what they did not work for. Where was Man when I was creating everything? They were nowhere to be found! They came to enjoy what they did not work for. Isn’t it!!! Man came to eat what they did not labour for. You were born naked to enjoy what you did not work for. Could anybody tell Me that he came into this earth and there was nothing until he began to create everything? Have you heard it before? Why would Man not remember his Father? From generations, right from the day the Father created this earth, could you point it out to Me that Adam and Eve came into this earth and they found no water to drink? If you could tell Me that one, then the Father is not a Father. That means the Father didn’t know what He was doing. That means He didn’t do His work. No any man could boast of anything. No man could say he came to this earth and found nothing to eat. The Father sets everything right from the beginning. What you didn’t work for, the trees you didn’t plant that you came to enjoy. When the children sinned in the Garden of Eden, did the Father withhold the food from them? Did He withhold it from them? As you are now, if you say you don’t want to live in the city, and you go to a remote village to live, you will see trees that were planted by nobody. The Father planted them and they’re food. You would eat them and be happy. As you’re there, if you lay with your wife, you will produce children. But what does the Father say you should do? You should be holy. You will still hear from your Father. It doesn’t mean to be a doctor or a lawyer before you live. That person in the remote village who doesn’t know anything, the Father would come and speak to him. That was how He dealt with His children in the time of old. As they were moving from one place to another, where was their farm? They were rearing animals. Those animals were their food and the Father made sure the animals were producing children every day. They ate and multiplied every day. That was why you see all these inside the Word (the Bible). Hence, the Father did all this for you, what are you supposed to do. Father, thank You for everything You’ve done for us; we will reverence You on the seventh day. Even when the Son came, He did not abandon that day. Even when somebody was sick, He healed him. It was the day of the Father. That day is a holy day. Because you came with nothing and you will go back with nothing, why can’t you give your soul peace? What else are you looking for? What are you looking for? You are jumping from one pillar to post to maintain this body. The body is sand. What are you maintaining? You are maintaining the one outside, what about the one inside? The inner one is the most important. That is what We’re saying. When the Father says you should rest for Him, then rest for your Father, so that He can communicate with you and you can communicate with Him. The very day He asked you to rest is the day you want to go to work. When death comes, who will inherit the silver and gold you keep in your house? The time you supposed to give thanks to your Father, you’re jumping around. You and your entire household, even the animals will know you’re celebrating your Father. Even the animals will follow you to celebrate the Father. Any animal you’re rearing at home, whatever you do, they’re watching you. That is the day for your Owner. The animals too will not give you problem. You are giving yourself problem. What are you looking for? You are watching how they carry out surgery on patients. They could do anything to them. Somebody who doesn’t have limbs can still live. What about the one who doesn’t have a head? Have you seen it before? That head is everything. If you don’t have a head, you cannot be alive. That is the Father you’re worshipping. If your two legs are gone, you will still live. But if you have no head, you’re gone. What happens to the head of human being? It’s dead because they don’t recognise their Father. They are working and are never satisfied. As you’re reading that Word, can’t you see human beings are far from their Father? Can you compare what you’re reading there with nowadays?

When Jesus Christ came, as they were pursuing Him around, did you see Him rest one day? He continued with the work of the Father. If you’re doing the work of the Father, you will never get tired. Jesus never tired any day. Why do you labour? What do you labour for? Why do you struggle? Why do you walk helter-skelter everywhere? Because of your belly! That is it. Why is the next person to you struggling? May be because he wants to build a mansion. He is jumping from one pillar to another. Oh Daddy, I thank You for this work I’m doing; I can feed my belly and feed my wife and children; this one is enough for me so I can have time to serve You, so I can worship You. All these ones you’re doing, do you think it’s lost? The Father will look that your condition is not enough for Him, He knows what to do with you. If you’re paying rent, He will look at you and bless you so you can build your own house because the time will come when you cannot do any hard work anymore because of your age. You cannot do any hard work anymore. You are not the one that will plan for your Father. It’s the Father who will tell you what to do. He knows what is good for you. You are not the one to dictate for your Father. If you tell your Father that you want to build a mansion, if He knows your heart will be corrupted through it, He will not allow you to build it. The Father wants you to take Him as Number One. Even though a mansion is good for you, He will build the mansion for you. The day for you to rest, honour your Father. Sing for your Father that day. Reverence Him that day. If there is anything the Father wants to reveal to you, He will reveal it. As you’re praising Him, He’s releasing His blessing upon you from heaven, but you don’t know. Everything the Father does is spiritual. Have you ever seen Him where He moulded sand to build a house? Whatever He does is spiritual. That is why some things that happened to you many years ago, He would take you back for you to know He knew why it happened. Though you didn’t know why it happened. He would take you back for you to know the repercussion of it. The house you’ve built, the business you’ve set up, if the Father should come and analyse everything for you, you wouldn’t want to have anything to do with them anymore. The house may be a demon’s house. Your business may be a demon’s business because of the kind of money involved in it, because you did everything in your own way. That is why when you see some houses, whenever people move in, terrible things would begin to happen to them. Some of them may lose their lives. Some of them, their wife may die. Why? Because the house was built in their own way. You never remember to tell your Father ‘thank You’. Do you think peace will reign in your life? After the incident, you will be asking ‘Father why, Father why’. Did you remember the Father? Only a day to remember your Father, it was that day you went to do your business. If you had remembered your Father, even though corruptible money is coming to you, He will avert it because He doesn’t want any evil to befall you. Oh, I’m tired; everyday church; their own is too much; they should live me alone. You are doing yourself harm. When you remember the Father, the Father will remember you also. If any evil is coming your way, He knows how He’ll wave it away.

Haven’t you heard about somebody who rented a house and as he moved into the house, calamity began to befall him. But the owner of the house is a Christian. Why did calamity befall him? Oh, I am working; it was the money I got from my business I used in building this house; how could it be an evil house. When you wanted to buy the land on which you built the house, did you consult your Father? Did you know how those who sold the land for you managed to acquire it? But it’s your own money you used in buying the land. Many things have gone wrong with the land, which you didn’t know. Why? Because you didn’t walk with your Father. If you walk with your Father, He would tell you the place you’re going is a wrong place. Human beings have been sacrificed on top of many lands. They have done many rituals on them. The souls of those they sacrificed there are crying and you went to build your house on top of it. That soul will take revenge. If somebody had told you not to build your house on that land, you would have questioned that person. You thought the person that sold the land for you was a clean person. Even he that owned the land might not know anything. Either he might have inherited it from his father or it’s a family land. But nobody knew what has happened on that land except the one that performed the sacrifice. You begin to search every corner, searching what might be the cause. Why? Because you refused to follow your Father. If you’re close to your Father, He’ll begin to reveal secrets for you. Do not go on your own way. If your Father says you shouldn’t do anything, then obey Him. Many people on this earth are walking without their head. The head is gone. But they forget the head is the glory of the Father in man. Whenever you’re going to the church, you’ll be very annoyed. Oh, if the pastor preaches any nonsense, I will leave. Are you going there because of the pastor or because of your Father? You do yourself good if you go to the church, not the pastor. Even you as a member, the way you’re close to the Father, He can reveal Himself to you more than the pastor because the pastor is seeking for money. His heart is not in the Father. If your heart is in the Father, through you alone, the Father will do something great in that church. Yet, you’re just ordinary member. But the pastor is there taxing people money. If you refuse to do the will of the Father, there is consequence afterwards.

The Father worked and rested on the seventh day. Why can’t you also rest that day? It is the day of holiness of the Father. Did the Father say you should not eat? He didn’t say you shouldn’t eat. He didn’t say you should fast. That is the day of the Father. You can cook and eat whatever you want to eat. But do not work. Do no laborious work. Whatever you would do and stress yourself, do not do it. The Father is watching everybody on this earth. If you go to the church because of what you want to eat, the Father is watching you. If you go there with your heart full of the Spirit of the Father, the Father is watching you too. With that, the Father will fight your battle for you. No matter how human being tries you, they can never get you because the Father is with you, you choose Him as your Number One. Let the resting day of the Father be your Christmas day. Let every Sunday be your Christmas day. It is the day of the Father’s rest. As you remember it, the Father will then anoint your hands until the following week. Whatever you lay your hands upon shall prosper. That is why He said you shouldn’t think of tomorrow, that tomorrow will think of itself. Because you remember Him, you will reap the produce of your land and it will not finish. Unmerited blessing will come your way. If it is money you’re looking for, the money will come in a way you least expected. When you surrender to the Father, He will give you His own. The Father is the Owner of this earth.

During the time of Abraham, supposing he built house awaiting his son, could anybody live in that house now? What would happen to that house? It would become history. They could only modernise it. If care is not taken, such house could collapse on somebody’s head. They could only leave it for history's sake, because the way it could have been built is different from nowadays house. If he had spent all his life working to build that house, could any man have heard of him today? Many people who lived during his time were wealthier than he, yet no one heard their names. Why was his own name heard? Because he walked after God. You could leave some things for history's sake, because in the future, nobody will be able to use them anymore. That is how the Father created this earth. The Father still remains the Father. He never changes. This is for you to know that the children of the Father are foolish. They are like animals. This house you’re living, time is coming when it’ll be too old. They will destroy it and build a new one. If not, it will fall by itself. The older a house is, the weaker its particles become. When you were building your house, you refused to look at your Father. The house that will be destroyed. Oh, why should I serve the Father; the house I bought, I could not finish paying for it. You are crying for a house you couldn’t pay. What about your heavenly Father who gave you life? You are crying for pieces of wood and sand on the ground.

When the Father put the children in the Garden of Eden, didn’t He know they would eat? Didn’t He know they would drink water? But they didn’t die of hunger. How were they given birth to children? Then compares it to nowadays. Is the Father then different from the Father of today? Oh, the people were foolish that time; their eyes were not opened. So you are the one that his eyes are opened. You are the one that is wise. If your eyes are open, do you have a brain more than your Father? That time they didn’t know anything, you’re the one that knows something. The life they lived then, that they grew old and died, is it not the same life you’re living today? When they lived and died, when you live also you will die. What then is the meaning of the eyes you opened? You will die and leave everything you labour for. You will die and go to hellfire. You refuse to teach your children about the Father. Your children don’t know about God. If you mention the name of Jesus, they will ask you who Jesus is. But you claim to be a Christian. You will drive them to the church, yet they don’t know Jesus. Why do you drive them there? Because you’re going there to pray for money. You want to build houses. Innocent children are committing sins everywhere and nobody cares to teach them. What the Father says you should give to Him, you refuse to give it to Him. You are walking blindly, but still claim your eyes are opened. Even some pastors still go to work on Sunday. Some ministers of God go to work on Sunday. Those who claim they’re not doing full time, yet they’re pastors. Somebody will take over the service on his or her behalf. Where is the pastor? The pastor goes to work. If I say I should attend Sunday service, they still stop me from work. But you say you’re a pastor. If I say I should tell them that I don’t want to work on Sunday, they will stop me from work. You are now afraid of them. But you say you’re a pastor. The Father rested that day from everything He did for you. You are supposed to tell the Father ‘thank You’ that day. But you say you’re a pastor. If you make up your mind to serve the Father, He will direct their heart to favour you. But you’re afraid of them and you go to work. What do you think the church members will do? They will do the same thing. As the Father stated it there (in the Bible), that is how it will remain. Nobody is going to change it. You can change it for yourself, but as the Word is there, nobody will change it. If you obey it, you obey it for yourself, and if you disobey it, you disobey it for yourself. If you obey it, you will see the good aspect of it, and if you disobey it, you will also see the bad aspect of it. You cannot modernise the work of the Father. You cannot do it to suit yourself. The Father is the Almighty God. He is the One that has the final say. If He says this is what He wants to do, nobody will change it. If He says this is what you should do for Him, that is it. If you know it suits you, then do it. If you leave your house to the church, you will serve the Father, come back to your house, and eat. If you don’t want to go to the church, you should remain in your house and look unto your Father and rest. That day is a day of going nowhere. It is not a day of quarrel. It is not a day of partying. It is not a day to pay people visit. If you do that, you do it for yourself. You are not serving the Father. You are not resting because of the Father, if that day is a day you want to visit your friends. Who are you serving? Is it the Father or your friends? You only rest because you want to visit your friends. If you go to visit your friends, anything can happen there. It is a day of rest for you and your Father. It is a day the Father rested from all His work. It is a day to observe the Father. The Father does not say you shouldn’t happy. If you want to praise Him, then praise Him. It is a day of peace. A day of thanksgiving to the Father. Oh Father, I don’t know what I will do next week; Father, enlighten me, show me the way. Your Father will reveal Himself to you.

It is a day you want to go and settle people’s dispute. Are you serving the Father? You close from the church, instead of you to go back home, you go to settle quarrel. Are you serving the Father? No! As you go there to settle quarrel, anything can happen because you will hear what you shouldn’t hear. May be that is the day your Father should have rewarded you, but you left Him to settle quarrel. You should consider that day as a day of serving the Father. The way the church was in the time of old, it’s not the same nowadays. They have brought so many things into the church. There are many things going on inside the church now. In the church, whatever they want to do should be done inside the Father. No any strange thing should enter the church. Everyone’s heart should be focused on the Father. Hence, you make up your mind to go there, you should be holy and focus on the Father, so that peace will reign in your life. You will neither get back home and fall sick, nor get back home and die. But what is happening now? That is why you see evil befall many of them. Why? Because they’ve deviated away from the Father. The Father remains Father. He never changes. He still remains Father. As you’re doing it, I’m watching you. Whoever calls Me Father, I will call him My son. If you do it well, you will see the blessing, and if you don’t do it well, you will see the repercussion. That is what is going on everywhere. The Father remains the same. You are working and you’re complaining. But do you rest on that day of rest? You worked and worked; what are you working for? What are you working for? For your belly? You want to build houses? The house you will build, maybe you won’t even live inside the house. May be people are planning evil for you. You don’t give yourself rest. But you say you’re serving the Father. If anything happens to you, you will say ‘Father, don’t You see me’. You refuse to worship your Father. But you claim you’ve given your life to Jesus. The devil will flog you with a cane.

That Word you see, nobody will change it. You can change it to suit yourself, but as what you see there is, that is how it will remain. Nobody can change it. If you know you want to worship the Father, follow it solely the way it is there (in the Bible). That on Sunday, that day the Father rested! In the time of old, there was a day they put it. Either Saturday or Sunday, it is a day of rest for the Father. Let that day be a day of rest. The way their month was counted that time is different now. If it’s on Sunday, take it like that and rest. You must not work on that day. Give your soul peace! Give yourself a rest! Meditate on your Father! What are you looking for? Is it the cloth you want to wear on this body? The Father created you naked. He brought you naked into this world. The cloth you’re wearing, where did they come from? Animals’ skins, the trees in the farm; that is the cloth you’re wearing. Why do you give yourself trouble? The Father created you naked. You were naked to cry it loud! What are you working for? That was why I told you My son, that those who went and shared houses for their children so they wouldn’t suffer have already shared suffering for their children. Hence, they don’t know the Father, you’ve already given them problem; you’ve already dug their grave. That houses you gave them will send them to hellfire. Wealth is good; the Father does not condemn it. But what is the source of your wealth? How do you deal with it? Did the Father give it to you or you acquired it through selfishness? It is very important. Do you know why evil is everywhere now? Oh, look at this Christian, let me do my own; after all, look at Jacob, he’s on his own; he’s not working, but he’s eating well. You see that Jacob bought a jeep, but you don’t know how he managed to buy it. That is what is going on. Then you too will enter dubious business and buy the one that is more than his own. That is why you see this earth turn upside down. I myself, I gave my life to Jesus; everybody is a Christian.

It is very important to keep the Sabbath of the Father. Do not joke with it. Many of them committed many sins and they go free because the devil knows they’re going to hellfire. Hence, you change your ways to follow the Father, it will be a battle. Any little sin you commit will be used against you including the word you speak. That day of Sabbath is a day of rest. The water you drink, are you the one that provided it? You can choose not to eat but drink water. But are you the owner of the water? Why can’t you give the Person that provided it respect? Father, I thank You for this water I’m using every day; let me observe this day for You. Who told you the Israelites didn’t know what the Father did? They knew! Do you know what was fighting them? It was the devil! Only the work the Father did to bring them out of the land of Egypt was more than any other thing. They had the fear of the Father in their hearts, but something was working against them, which was the sin they committed. That is what is still fighting them. That thing is still fighting them. The sin was there even before they went to the land of Egypt. They now acquired more while they were there through the food they ate. That food was in their blood. They wanted to be holy and they could not be holy. Why? Because that thing was in their blood. Spirit of corruption, spirit of evil, spirit of immorality, the spirit of fornication and adultery, sprit of backbiting, spirit of stealing, many things were in their body. That was why the Father gave them those Laws so they would fear and anyone that goes against it would be killed. Yet, they didn’t change. That is what is still going on until today. Because somebody started it, it began to spread further.

The day of Sabbath is a holy day. You can dance and praise the Father. It is not a day to pay people visit. No! If you do that, you carry another problem for yourself. Anything can happen wherever you go. Somebody may ask you to assist him in his work and you can’t say no. What do you think you do? Stay at home and reverence your Father. The Father says you should observe that day for Him. Let your hands be clean that day. Do not do any work at all! Even the food you want to eat, you should have prepared it a day before. All you only need to do is just warm it. It’s not a day to cook your fresh food. No, you’re working! Cooking food is a work. What did the Father do when He brought down manna from heaven? They went each day to take the manna, but on the sixth day, they took a double portion for both the sixth and the seventh day. Cook your food a day before and warm it on the day of rest. The Father will look at you that you honour His word. My son, I am the One that’s speaking. As you observe all these, you will live long on this earth. You will not experience any evil. In the time of old, My children that went astray from Me, many things happened to them. But those who obeyed Me were old before they died. They took the Father as everything. My Father in heaven is there; He will provide everything for us. But nowadays, they run ahead of the Father and leave Him behind. They are working and are never satisfied. How can they be satisfied? You go to the church and you’re taxing the church members for money. Did you open your church because of money or because of your Father? Eunice, you know we need to pay some bills, let’s decide now so that we will know what to tell them in the church tomorrow; in your women’s department, speak to them so they could give generously. You lie! You think the Father is not seeing you. You are a thief! Because of what? You are a liar! You will never eat enough. As they’re giving you, it will never be enough because it’s a curse money and you’re a liar. You will not use that money for the purpose you ask them to donate it for because something else will fall on you. You will eat and will never satisfy because you’re a liar. You are a liar in the house of the Father. You are a liar. Are they working for you or they’re working for the Father? All their service is for the Father, not for you. If you say they should serve you, where then do you put the Father? You will not allow them to have peace whenever they come to the church. You will not allow them to enjoy the presence of the Father. Their heart is burning them when you talk of money. Some of them come to the church and they have nothing. You only see them shinning, but there is nothing in their hands. They are managing their lives, yet you make their heart burns them. Some of them run from church to church because they’re taxing them money. Oh, this one again; that is why I run away from that church; they’re not telling me what I even want. That person needs the presence of the Father. He needs to be washed. But you’re using your money to drive them away. They are foolish! They think they cannot make it without going to the church! Even inside your house, if your heart is clean, the Father will bless your table. He will bless you. Many of them are afraid of the pastors because they (the pastors) have an evil spirit. They will use it to attack them. They are evil. Oh, it’s because you didn’t come to church, that’s why you’re having problems. They are evil! Oh Cecilia, I didn’t see you at the church yesterday; anyway, even if you don’t come, as long you’re obeying the word of our Father, that is okay. However, you will not say this because you’re looking for money. Why didn’t you come to the church; if anything happens to you, don’t call me. Are you the Father? Are you the Almighty Father? Why should she call you? Are you God? Are you the Maker of her life? As she’s there at home, the Father can even reveal your secret to her because you’re going on your own way. You are not doing the will of the Father. You want to pay bills. You want to buy houses.

If you are a doctor, are you the only one working in the hospital? You have to know what is important for you either your job or your Father. As you want it, so be it. You should let your employer know you’re not working on Sunday, that you must serve your Father. The day of Sabbath is My day of rest and you must observe it. If you finish your work on Saturday, you can go back on Monday. That is all. Some of them will go to the church and go to work after the service. That day supposed to be a day of rest for the Father. It depends the way you take the Father in your heart just as We keep talking about holiness in this house. Whichever way you choose, the Father will judge you. If you disobey one, you will disobey another. That is how you will continue until you’re completely lost. It is very important to observe that day of rest. As a doctor, are you the owner of the hospital? If you are the owner, it’s a different case. Even if you are the owner, you cannot do the work alone. You will share it among yourselves. If there is an emergency, you know what to do as long you want to save a soul. On that day of rest, do not allow any soul to go. You alone cannot carry the entire load. Share the work. If you break down, somebody else will do it. My son, I give you peace.
